Fife was told that coming forward with his allegations of attempted rape by his English teacher in the 70's would "hurt his chances of getting into a good college..."  The stories are usually the same, whether it's an employee who needs the job, a former employee who needs the recommendation, or a student who needs a good grade.  Victims have been and continue to be intimidated into keeping silent, and the predators continue to prey on the vulnerable.

Question again, like most other cases, why did it take so long after complaints were filed, to censure and investigate this politician?  Why do victims have to go to the media and go public before something is finally done?
