Senaca Foods Corp. sued by Male employee alleging that he was sexually harassed by male superior. Comments were made to him like, "suck my dick," etc. Jeffrey Barrows also alleged that his male supervisor had sexually harassed him by touching his genitals and creating a hostile work environment.
Although there was no allegation that the Defendant employer, Victor Sanabria, was gay, or that Mr. Barrows, the Plaintiff was gay, the complaint alleged that the unlawful behavior by Sanabria was always directed at male employees.
