We all know the game. Even Ray Donovan shows how it works in the new Showtime series. Star caught in sexually compromising position, even criminal position, and the way to redemption is through rehab.
But, when corporations are reluctant to act immediately when a mogul goes awry, shouldn't they be held responsible. The PR team launching its "sexual addiction" rehab releases surely don't repair the damage created by an executive that most likely ran rampant for years exhibiting unlawful and debilitating behavior. Certainly Ms. Shaw wasn't the first to report. Or maybe she was. It takes a very bold person to report to HR, the behavior of the powerful head honcho.
